Before your weave appointment can be secured you must first pay a deposit. Your deposit will secure your booking and your appointment will be confirmed.If you are unable to keep your appointment then you must telephone or email us to re-arrange your appointment at least 24hrs before. If you fail to do this then you will lose your deposit.
Things to know before your appointment , And about your maintenance…
Please come to your appointment with clean and dry hair , after you weave is fitted we will style it for you. We recommend a maintenance appointment every 4-6 weeks. Also the key to maintaining your weave it to use a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner (which we sell) always use heat protector while heat styling (also available here for purchase) never sleep with your extensions wet you must blow-dry before bed , we recommend sleeping in a lose braid of some sort either 1 or 2 either sides or your head or a sleep bonnet ideally (available here also)
Also due to the nature of our business, we will only allow the person who is having the weave fitting into the store. In-store we also provide a wig fitting service, and due to the sensitive nature and our client’s privacy, we ask that you only attend your appointment yourself.
Can all customers also refrain from bringing prams and pushchairs to appointments as we do not have the room to store them whilst you are having your weave done.
