Before your weave appointment can be secured you must first pay a deposit. Your deposit will secure your booking and your appointment will be confirmed.
If you are unable to keep your appointment then you must telephone or email us to re-arrange your appointment at least 24hrs before. If you fail to do this then you will lose your deposit.
You will be allowed to transfer a booking just once as long as you let us know 24hrs before cancellation. After this, a further cancellation will result in you losing your deposit.
Also due to the nature of our business, we will only allow the person who is having the weave fitting into the store. In-store we also provide a wig fitting service, and due to the sensitive nature and our client’s privacy, we ask that you only attend your appointment yourself.
Can all customers also refrain from bringing prams and pushchairs to appointments as we do not have the room to store them whilst you are having your weave done!!!!!!!!
